Leeds United have completed the signing of Slovenian international Jaka Bijol from Udinese on a deal running until 2030.
The 26-year-old centre-back joins after two strong seasons in Serie A, where he became known for his aerial strength, composure on the ball, and defensive versatility.
Originally a midfielder, Bijol transitioned into a centre-back and has earned over 60 caps for Slovenia, including standout performances at Euro 2024.
His arrival is part of Leeds’ plan to strengthen the squad following promotion to the Premier League.
The transfer, reportedly worth around €22 million including add-ons, marks one of Leeds’ key summer moves.
