Arsenal have completed the signing of Danish midfielder Christian Nørgaard from Brentford in a deal worth up to £15 million.
The 31-year-old joins on a two-year contract with an option for a third.
Nørgaard, who made 196 appearances for Brentford and served as their captain, brings leadership and defensive strength to Mikel Arteta’s midfield—especially following the exits of Thomas Partey and Jorginho.
This marks Arsenal’s third signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Martín Zubimendi. With his Premier League experience and solid midfield presence, Nørgaard is expected to play a key role in Arsenal’s push for silverware this season.
